Nancy Marshall is a dynamic leader and the third-generation owner of her family business, carrying forward a legacy of excellence and innovation. She attended Northern Michigan University for three years before dedicating herself fully to the family enterprise.
As the Past President of the National Association of Women in Construction Detroit Chapter 183, Nancy has been a vocal advocate for women in construction. She is also an active member of the Great Lakes Women’s Business Council and the Manufacturers Growth Alliance, supporting the growth of women-owned businesses and manufacturing innovation.
A graduate of the American Academy of Entrepreneurs, she has earned several prestigious awards, including the 2007 Enterprising Women of the Year Award and the 2007 National Small Business Award for Aluminum Supply Company, Inc.
Her journey with Aluminum Supply Company, Inc. began in 1983. In 2005, she became the majority owner, stepping into her role as the President/CEO of both Aluminum Supply Company and Marshall Sales, Inc. Aluminum Supply Company specializes in commercial metal fabrication and distribution, while Marshall Sales, Inc. is a full-line distributor of fasteners and installation tooling for automotive, industrial, and construction industries. Both companies, established in 1948, are Certified WBE and ISO 9001/14001.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Nancy treasures time with her family. She finds peace and adventure in nature, whether by the lake, on the ocean, or hiking in the mountains and on trails.
