Lindsey Potter is the Owner/Director of Bright Light Early Care & Education in Battle Creek. As a small business owner of child care who also operates the day-to-day requirements of a state-licensed facility, Lindsey is often seen in and out of the center working alongside families and community members to support the development of children, efficient industry systems, solutions for staffing, and cross-sector connections in the region. Lindsey has had a career in the education of young children from public schools and non-profits over the last 20 years, and uses these experiences to redesign childcare as we know it for the future of early care and education.
