Lillian Werbin is Co-Owner and President of Elderly Instruments, a fretted and stringed musical instrument retailer and musician haven, located in Lansing, Michigan. When not managing Elderly Instruments, Lillian has helped to create and maintain inclusive spaces on a national scale. Lillian is a board member for Bluegrass Pride and the IBMA Foundation; a member of the Arnold Shultz Advisory committee, and is Co-Director of The Banjo Gathering (formally the Banjo Collectors Gathering), Midwest Banjo Camp, and Midwest Ukulele Camp. Elderly Instruments won The U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s America’s Top Small Business competition in 2023.
