Diane Arnold

Diane Arnold Headshot

Diane Arnold, an Illinois native, has built a multifaceted career that spans from the courtroom to
commercial furniture. A former college athlete, she played tennis at Illinois Wesleyan University,
where she met her husband, Matt. After graduating, Diane earned her law degree from
Chapman University and began a career as a prosecutor. Over the years, she served in Ventura
County, California, Edwardsville, Illinois, and Louisville, Kentucky, trying over 50 jury trials and
focusing primarily on child sex crimes.

In 2016, Diane and her family moved to Traverse City, Michigan, where she and Matt have since
grown their family to three children, now ages 6, 7, and 9. In February 2024, Diane took on an
entirely new challenge by acquiring Neuco Furniture & Upholstery, a trusted provider of
high-quality commercial furniture and upholstery services for over 30 years. Since taking the
reins, she has been actively expanding Neuco’s reach and offerings, and the business is set to
open a second location (Grand Rapids) in December.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Diane is deeply committed to her community. She is
active in the local Sunrise Rotary Chapter and Moms Demand Action, and she volunteers
regularly with her children’s sports and schools. Diane loves to read, run and spend time with
friends, and wishes she had more time for those pursuits! With her unique blend of resilience,
dedication, and community focus, Diane is guiding Neuco into a new chapter, honoring its
history while embracing an exciting future.
