Starting a business is hard. Building one is harder. The Women’s Entrepreneurial Fellowship brings together established women business owners who have moved beyond the startup phase and are now navigating the complex challenges of scaling their companies. Our cohort consists of second-stage businesses—those generating at least $500,000 in annual revenue, operating for 5+ years, and employing multiple full-time team members.

We’re looking for business owners who thrive in collaborative environments and can fully commit to the program—attending all in-person sessions, participating in one-on-one coaching, and engaging in every aspect of the nine-month fellowship. Participants who gain the most come ready to contribute, learn, and problem-solve alongside other committed business leaders.

Women discuss business at the Women's Entrepreneurial Fellowship meeting.

Over nine months, you’ll define what success looks like over the next decade by examining how you lead, how your business operates, and what needs to evolve.

Together, we’ll confront barriers, capacity challenges, leadership fatigue, and operational growing pains. You’ll leave each session with tangible steps and a stronger sense of your own leadership.

Your business deserves structure. You deserve support.
