Starting a business is hard. Building one is harder. The Women’s Entrepreneurial Fellowship brings together established women business owners who have moved beyond the startup phase and are now navigating the complex challenges of scaling their companies. Our cohort consists of second-stage businesses—those generating more than $1 million in annual revenue, operating for at least three years, and employing multiple full-time team members.
We’re looking for business owners who thrive in collaborative environments and can fully commit to the program—attending all in-person sessions, participating in one-on-one coaching, and engaging in every aspect of the nine-month fellowship. Participants who gain the most come ready to contribute, learn, and problem-solve alongside other committed business leaders.
This program combines mentorship with group learning sessions, connecting you with Michigan’s top business leaders and a network of experienced entrepreneurs. Our comprehensive curriculum covers critical business areas including financial management, operations, compliance, strategic planning, and accessing available resources.
Funding provided by the Small Business Support Hub Grant Program from the SBAM Foundation in partnership with the Michigan Economic Development Corporation.
