I don't really feel like there's a lot of women groups that are powerful in the way that you can be authentically yourself. Everybody in the room is there to support each other. It's been really nice to be able to collaborate and learn. We're all going through very similar, different, similar and different circumstances, but we can all help each other.

It takes a village to run a business, to navigate life personally and professionally. So the fellowship to me has been this absolute — my calendar is blocked and I am present during the meetings, and it's because I value so much what I take out of these meetings and the ladies that are here that are helping me.

Grateful to have a mentor connection to help me learn more about financial strategies too (my weak point) which has already helped me start another savings plan for RED66 and considering buying our own building in the next year. The Women’s Entrepreneurial Fellowship requires full participation over nine months. If you cannot commit to attending one day per month, this program is not the right fit for you.

The time commitment is significant, but as our fellows discover, the investment results in business growth, personal development, and lasting professional relationships.
