Kirbay Preuss is the 3rd generation owner of Preuss Pets. When not helping to run one of the nations largest full-line pet stores, Kirbay serves on the board for Ingham County Animal Control and as a director on the board for the World Pet Association with a focus on advocacy.
Kirbay has always been a lover of life and has a passion for education. While in college she served as the president of the honor society and found great joy in assisting students in career placement and teaching the importance of community connection through volunteerism. This has assisted her today with helping to run a business with 75 employees, many of which are students. Kirbay also has taught yoga since 2008 with a focus on trauma informed adaptive yoga.
Kirbay loves her daughter Arabella. The light of her life. She spends her off time playing with her daughter, hiking, doing yoga, running races, and playing with her 165lb Great Dane, Bruce Preuss.
