Sabrina Bachwich is a driven and enthusiastic leader with a proven track record of success in business operations and project management, specializing in political organizations. Her career began at Grassroots Midwest in 2016 as a Project Manager, where she quickly made a name for herself by organizing impactful grassroots events and managing various aspects of political campaigns, including direct mail, digital advertising, and telephone outreach.
Recognizing areas for improvement within the company, Sabrina took the initiative to discuss
her ideas with the CEO, leading to her taking on increasing responsibility in key areas of the
business. She spearheaded reforms in human resources, financial operations, and procurement, significantly contributing to the company’s growth and efficiency. Her dedication and innovative solutions led to her becoming a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Grassroots Midwest before the age of 22. Sabrina has run dozens of successful digital campaigns for clients large and small, as well as organizing two of the largest Capitol rallies of the decade in Michigan.
